Sono Felice Country Club Hai Phong is widely regarded as one of the most beautifully landscaped golf courses in northern Vietnam. The course features immaculately maintained fairways and greens, enhanced by vibrant flower beds on every hole. Paspalum grass is used throughout, providing excellent playing conditions year-round. Golfers can enjoy 27 holes in total, including the par-71 championship layout made up of the River Nine and Ocean Nine, as well as the 9-hole executive par-3 course, the Hill Nine.
Set between two rivers, the course is often influenced by a steady breeze that adds both challenge and character to many holes. River Hole 9, a short par-4 dogleg left to an elevated green, is considered one of the finest finishing holes in Vietnam. Ocean Hole 12 is a standout par-3 that plays across the Song Gia River and is not only demanding but also among the most visually striking holes on the course. The round concludes dramatically at Ocean Hole 18, a tempting short par-5 that invites long hitters to attempt reaching the green in two. However, a narrow, well-defended green surrounded by water and bunkers demands precision. Players choosing the safer route to the left are still rewarded with excellent birdie opportunities.
